Stats: We go to the doctor next month, so I don't have exact numbers but he weighs about 27 pounds and is about 32 in tall. It's hard to tell how many teeth he has right now. I tried to feel around, but Ithought I might loose a finger :) , he is still teething quite a bit. I counted about 16 teeth!
Clothes: He wears 18 month clothes. We only have 2 pairs of shoes right now, some crocks and stride rite sneakers. He wears a size 5 shoe.
Milestones: Case finally started walking 2 weeks ago! Woo Hoo! He is doing so well, when he falls he gets right back up again. He has pretty good balance and I think he is doing really well considering he has only been walking such a short time! We went to the park this weekend and he walked the whole way there and walked from the grass to sidewalk to the mulch in the playground area with no problems!
He is really a chatter box. He is talking constantly. Most of it is just gibberish, but he says a few words here and there.
Words Case says: ball, bed, bubble, Mama, Daddy, GG, shoes, please, thank you, more, juice, dog, cookie.
He knows how to say milk and more in sign language, it's so cute!
He learned how to whisper, it's too cute. Listen carefullly...
What he loves: Jumping/playing on the bed. Every time my Dad picks him up, if they are close to my parent's room, Case says "bed" because he loves to play on their bed, rolling and jumping. Books. He loves to "read" he will sit for a long time in his book corner and just look through his books. Climbing. He climbs chairs, stairs, step stools, anything! Playing outside. The weather is finally cool enough to play outside and it's all Case wants to do. Strawberries!
What he hates: Stopping him from doing what HE wants to do! He has got the temper tantrum down, I have found the best way to stop it is distract him.
Side note:
About a month ago, I was reading Case the book "Blue Hat Green Hat" and he started laughing hysterically. My mom started video taping, but when we finished reading, the video never showed up on my phone. I was downloading pics from my phone this week and the video miraculously showed up! I was so excited! It's too cute not to share...
