The next day was the most amazing sale at Dillard's. They had 50% off of clearance items. My mom and I hit 3 Dillard's that day, we got some amazing deals on baby clothes. We got Polo outfits for $4!! It was so much fun! This is going to be one well dressed baby!
I have been feeling pretty good these days. A few weeks ago, I started having braxton hicks (fake contractions). It was pretty scary at first, they don't hurt, it feels like a muscle squeezing in my stomach. I went to the doctor and everything checked out just fine, she told me to increase my water intake (great, like I am not in the bathroom enough already), no heavy lifting, cut down on my activity and start taking calcium. So far, these changes have seemed to help.
He is quite the mover and shaker! He moves around a lot, which is an amazing feeling. Chris feels him all the time now and if you watch my stomach you can even see some kicks moving my stomach, awesome!
Here I am at almost 22 weeks. Please excuse the PJs and no make up, I having been battling a cold these days!
We have been working more on the nursery. (pics to come in future blogs) I think we have all the furniture in. Colors are not picked out yet, I am on the hunt for the fabric. I am so blessed that my Grandma will be helping me sew the baby bedding, it is going to be beautiful! Any suggestions on where we can find cute fabric would be greatly appreciated!
This week I booked my flight to El Paso for Jill's bachelorette party! I can't wait, it is the first weekend in March!
